I hate XM. I really do.
The content sucks, Opie & Anthony suck (and I’m not really a fan of Stern either, so you pests can shut up now), their transmission sounds horrible through every receiver I’ve ever listened to, except online streaming, and thats because they don’t use that horrible compression on it. Only reason we keep XM? MLB. Thats. It.
But regardless, thanks to the fact I’ve purchased three XM receivers over the past few years (a SkyFi, Roady 2, and MyFi), I can connect to XM Radio Online at work, where we still block Sirius Internet Radio. 
One thing I do like though, the XM Radio Online player has high-quality, near cd-quality stream available for free, whereas I have to pay an extra .99 a month for that with Sirius.

xm radios question by Christine P: Do factory installed XM radios have similar features to external units?
I am considering getting a new car (probably Scion or Toyota) with the XM radio option. But, my favorite feature about my current XM is the TuneSelect, which lets you keep a number of artists or songs in memory and tells you when another station is playing one of them. Does anyone know if the factory installed radios have this feature?
